Banks Experiment Review – Is This Really An Experiment With the Banks?
Product: Ron’s Banks Experiment

Price: $7 + Upsells
Rating: 0/10
Is Ron’s Banks Experiment a Scam or Legit?
We have been reviewing make money online products and this seems to be different in terms of the style and strategy of the owner. It does look like a real product, but we have to dig deeper before we can conclude.
When you first get on the website, you will discover a warning that this experiment is only available for a short period and if you pass it over, it will never be available to you again. When you first read that, it entices you to get in quickly before the time is up. This is used to put you in a frame of mind to make a sudden purchase. It is a classical scare tactic.
Are you ready for an experiment? Go to the website (open that in another tab), spend a few seconds on the site and then close down the page. A few minutes later, come back to the website. What did you discover?
During our research, we discovered that this program actually has an affiliate or JV (Joint Venture) program. This means that some individuals are saddled with the responsibility of referring customers to the program and be paid. They are called Affiliates.
The funniest thing about this affiliate program is that the affiliates are paid $40. Now that’s where the confusion arises. Why a program that sells for $7 is paying its affiliates $40? There is definitely more to this that meets the eye. In fact, if you want to confirm this yourself, just go to http://www.banksexperiment.com/jv/.
You can now see why we wrote previously that this program is a bit different from those we have reviewed in the past. Even an experienced internet marketer might get confused over this if he/she is not careful.
Now we are going to tell you what will happen if you decide to register. When we are through, you should be able to determine whether this program is a fake or not.
When you click the buy it now button, you will be charged $7.00. You would have passed the first step so to say. Next, you will be presented with another video that is clearly going to try to upsell you on another product. After paying $7.00, don’t expect to see a product or a member’s area where you will push some buttons and start making millions. Instead, what you will land on is another video telling you about the real product, which costs $197.
At this stage, you can go back. Either you have to pay for a product that costs $197 or you cancel. However, wait for a moment… how do you cancel? That will be difficult because if you try to cancel and get a refund, the creator will really make life difficult for you until you give up. You might even say, “after all, how much is $7.00?”
If you decline the offer for $197, then you will continue to get counter offers with the amount decreasing until you get to $47. If you further decline, you still get another offering Secret Profit Glitch for only $27. If you were serious about not wasting your time on frivolous activities, you would immediately conclude at that stage that this is child’s play – if you do indeed reach that stage.
False Testimonials
Even the testimonials is false and you know what that means. It is very easy to get an actor from Fiverr to give a realistic testimonial for $5.
The left guy is from the sales video and the right one comes from Fiverr. I think that they are twins “I said that very sarcastically :)”
What exactly is Banks Experiment?
Firstly, this program has nothing to do with banks it’s just a name. According to his story, Ron was scammed by an internet-marketing guru, losing $700. What he claimed was that he was not able to get a refund and the product that the particular creator claimed is a copy and paste work which requires long hours to set up. This obviously achieved little or the opposite result of what he is expecting.
It is claimed that you will get access to some secret files that will enable you to earn lots of money. In addition, as you would be making thousands, you only need to pay $7.00.
He then went on to say this same guru accidently uploaded all his secret campaign files into Ron’s member’s area. Although he couldn’t believe his eyes at that point, he still decided to apply what’s in the secret file to which he started making thousands of dollars. This is hard to believe but we give him the benefit of the doubt.
After he started making money with this product, he decided to sell the product to others for $700, the same amount his guru defrauded him. He is sort of becoming his guru reincarnate!
One day, he accidently sent an email to a customer that the product is $7.00 to which the customer quickly purchased. In no time, the customer started making a ton of money with the system. Because of this, Ron’s decided to sell his secret to the rest of us for just $7.00.
The weird thing is that Ron did not talk about those people who have previously bought the product at the initial price of $700 and what happened to them. He is only interested in the outcome of those who bought his product for $7.00! It is as if he has made an error selling it at this price but not willing to correct the error in order that we can also get to test the system by paying $7.00 to him.
According to Ron, you will be able to access the secret files that will make you lots of money after paying just $7.
The truth is that the files he is promising are junk files containing only web templates. You will be directed to upload the files to a server, set up an auto responder and start an email marketing campaign. Those files are probably those used by the affiliates.
Is There Better Way To Make Money Online?
Yes, there is and that is affiliate marketing and I am not talking about selling scams to people ;). If you have a passion then you can make money with it.
As far as we are concerned, affiliate marketing is one of the easiest ways for a beginner to start making money online. As you probably already know, most of the gurus in the internet-marketing niche have a large chunk of their income from affiliate marketing. If you were serious about making any significant money online, we would advise you to embrace affiliate marketing.
The benefits of affiliate marketing include:
You are your own boss. There is no one to order you around, there is no deadline – just work at your own convenience and learn the ropes as you move along.
Affiliate marketing is easy to set up. We have tried different businesses online and we can say that affiliate marketing is one of the easiest if not the easiest thing you can start earning money with online.
You have unlimited freedom. You can resume work any time you want and nobody will ask you why you come late or why you were not present yesterday. There is also an affiliate marketing course that will teach you everything you need to know about affiliate marketing.

It’s a matter of understanding how affiliate network operates. I think Ron isn’t aware how affiliate network truly works.
Talk about deception, I strongly agree with the rating as we have to pay huge amount of money for all the junk files being given.
Still, I believe there are people who are drawn into this scam just because the story being told by Ron in the video. Unbelievably believable.
These actors are very good at what they are doing. Amazon has sued some of them because of all the false reviews that they give on their website. It is not easy to believe a testimonial from anyone anymore because it is so easy to get one.
Thanks for the information. The online world is full of gigs like this and sometimes we don’t really know who to trust.
Thank you for the research you’ve done. This could potentially save a great many people from getting there pockets picked.
There are tons of legit business opportunities out there, WA being one, and it’s important for the online community to be directed in the right places. Keep up the good work.
It is sad because after people fall for these scams, they do not want to even try affiliate marketing. They will then believe that it is never possible to make money online.
It is programs such as this that ruin it for everyone that wants to work hard online.
wow
thanks for your review on Ron’s Bank Experiment, One cannot begin to imagine the number online scams that are out there. It seems like every now and then, different companies come up with various scam site and if one is not careful enough, like am sure a lot of people might already have fallen victim.
When you are so desperate to sell your product that you have to hire actors to give fake testimonials then I think that I rest my case.
This is the first sign that you should stay away.
Thank you for another interesting and informative review Viljoen!
I didn’t know that it’s possible to hire a false actor from Fiverr. I’m just wondering what kind of person would do that kind of false acting. And what kind of guy would hire a false actor?? Total cheaters.
It’s good to know which products not to use so it’s better to choose the right ones :).
May I ask do you add “Related posts” to the end of the posts manually or do they come automatically? Do you have some plugin for that? Probably I would like to do it myself also in my websites.
-Roope
Hi Roope
Scam artists are usually the ones that are hiring the false actors. The manually add the related posts on my website, but most templates have the ability to do it so I do not think that you need a special plugin.
Hi Viljoen,
For heavens sake..is there any site out there, other than wealthy affiliate that has authentic reviews that cannot be traced back to fiverr?
It is sad, nowadays we cant even trust “authentic” testimonials!
Thanks to your site I am aware of another scam..and teh scam of fake testimonials!
Most of the trading sites have fake testimonials. It is hard to find a real trading website that has legit testimonials. Wealthy Affiliate on the other does not need to use fake testimonials.
The “Free for only a short period” text on these scams usually drives me off the page at that point.
I applaud any article that exposes these scams but what I like in particular about your article is that it is not too long. Because often “scam busting” articles go on and on and on and on – and so lose the power of their intent.
Best wishes
I always like to get to the point when it comes to a scam.
Well, that’s just a classic scam! All those upsells and when you want to exit the page, they lower the price 10 times in a row. That already a good enough sign to run away from this product as far as possible. Nice work on finding out the affiliate information! That 40$ commission from a 7$ sale sounded really really fishy…
