The CB Passive Income scam
Welcome to the online world of over hyped products that simply will not deliver. Within my CB Passive Income review I will tell you more about what this product are about and how you will supposedly make money with it.
If you are new to internet marketing, then I would not advise this route for you. But before I start, let me explain to you more about what the CB Passive Income scam will really give you in return.
What is the CB Passive Income license program?
This is one of the products that you will need to buy (will tell you later what you are in for). We all know how hard it is to build an online business these days and especially for a newbie, this can be as hard as hell. This product claim that it will give you a “system” that is already fully optimized to make you money online.
By going through the sales video, it also promises to shorten or delete the whole learning curve for you. If you buy this product you will get a done for you sales page, follow-up emails and also the products that you need to promote from Clickbank and that is what CB actually stands for.
Everything is done for you and once you get your unique affiliate link to the “private” website landing page that Patrick is giving you. Here he will do all the selling and work for you. The only thing that you need to do is to drive traffic to this web page and once you generate a lead, Patrick will start to send emails to the person behind the email.
Once they buy the product(s), you will earn your share of the commission. For newbies this sounds like a dream come true, because all you need to do is to send people to an already made sales funnel designed to make you money.
The website that you will be promoting is called Operation Quick Money. You then need to drive people to this website and once they give you their e-mail list, Patrick will send them the products where you will earn a commission for each sale.
Upselling you like CRAZY
This is probably one of the major findings that I just could not comprehend. First of all you will be asked to buy CB Passive Income license program for $37 per month or $97 one time. If you click away from the sales letter, you will be asked to take the $1 trail and after 14 days you will need to buy the product at its original price.
If that was not enough money out of your pocket, you will be asked to buy another program called the CB Passive Income Pro version for another $97. That is a total of $194 if you take the onetime payment for the first product. What you will get from this product is access to another mailing list for you to spam the world that shall double your earnings.
Then there is another one to be aware of which is called the Fast Cash Series for $47 per month or $197 per year. This training will teach you how to buy .me domain extension.
If you do not know what a domain is then I will give PassiveIncomeCloud.com as an example of a .com extension. I can also tell you that a .com domain is far more valuable than a .me because a .com will rank better in Google.
When will the list of products end?
Then you will be hit with the final upsell which is $297 for the Freedom Formula Online Program. As you can see the total cost of almost everything included in this product you will pay a total of $688 if you buy the one time and yearly memberships to save money.
Before you can think about buying this program, you need to know how much everything will cost you because $688 is a lot of money.
The good
- There are some traffic getting methods taught that will work and that was about the only positive thing that I could say about this program.
The bad
- You almost have no control. The fact that you already have a sales funnel created for you might look nice, but you have no control on what you want to sell.
- No control over your emails. I wonder if Patrick will ever think about selling his own product to the list that you worked hard for? It is just a guess because you have no control over this.
- All the upsells. To pay $688 for the all the products is really not worth it and if you have not red this article then I guess you would have never found out about this before you bought into the program.
Would I buy this program?
I am really not that desperate to lose money in return for nothing. The fact is that internet marketing is not easy and it requires a lot of work. There are also a lot of areas that you need to master such as buying a domain, setup hosting, writing good quality content and getting that content ranked.
Then this is only the tip of the iceberg of everything that you need to know. If you want to become a very successful internet marketer, you need to be a very experienced one and I can promise you that this will take years of trial and error to achieve, BUT it will be worth every drop of sweat.
By promoting someone else’s system is not going to do it for you in the long run because you need to be able to do your own thing and develop your own set of skills. Patrick’s system will only work for that long and that is IF it will work.
The easiest path to take
The only path that I can show you is the path that I have already taken. You can also take a look at a very small fraction of what I have already accomplished by going to my getting started page.
If you are serious about making it online and you want to build your own passive income from the internet you must check out Wealthy Affiliate because this is where I got started with my very own online business.

This is actually the third review I’ve hit up on CB passive income this week and they all seem to say the same thing.
To me it looks like a well set out program but that’s the way scams and low quality products work these days isn’t it?
Great review – thanks for alerting everyone to this systems downfalls
This product does not teach you to build an online business and is not worth the price tag.
Wow I almost fell into the hype of the CB Passive Income program.Lucky I found this article on time.I would have made a grave mistake.
You have really taken your time to explain the pros and cons associated with this program.
But how different is the program you are suggesting from this one?
CB Passive income gives you no control and does not teach you to build a real passive income. Wealthy affiliate on the other hand teaches you how to build websites that will give you an income. It also gives you all the tools that you need to succeed.
It is also so much cheaper than CB Passive income
The word “passive” here immediately makes me suspicious. While I think it is possible to have a passive income eventually, I think it involves work and time to build up websites to get to that point. But when I see a product that actually has the word “passive” as part of its name, I’m not sure it’s legit.
The main thing here is the upsells. I really hate them. I think they are deceptive, and they are a big red flag to me that something is a scam. I don’t know why this is so common in the “make money online” niche. If it was any other type of product it would be considered outright fraud.
For example, if you were looking at a camera on Amazon, and the product description says all the things it can do (it will produce amazing photos at the click of a button); but then when you have bought the product you get a message saying: “To really make this camera do what we said it could do, you will have to spend another $1000 on this additional product”. That would be really deceptive wouldn’t it?!
With “make money online” products, the sales pages will imply that this product will make you a lot of money and change your life. Then once you have bought it, you get told, “No, sorry, you also need these other products to really be successful”. It makes me want to swear, it really does.
I agree with you 100%. I was in the same boat before and realized that I needed to stop buying all of the products and just start by taking action.
The sooner you start to realize that there is really no secret to making money online and that it requires hard work, the better. This will help them to stop buying everyone’s product and to start taking action. I think every product should inform the buyer about the upsells before they buy the product.
I can’t stand hype, and absolutely hate it with a passion!
The high costs of this CB Passive Income scam, are ridiculous, and who in their right mind would pay so much money to a program of this nature?
This is ONE program to avoid at all costs, and Wealthy Affiliate looks like a really attractive option.
Cheers!
Neil
I agree
People are just in it for the money nowadays and a very few of them are actually willing to help another person make money online.
Hi there!
I really hate it when programs online offers products that are cheap at first but becomes costly because of so much upsells. Why don’t they give the real price if they really think that the product works? I haven’t heard of CB Passive Income but I am thankful that I learned it first from you. About the path that you suggest in doing online business, is it also costly like any other products online?
I feel your pain. I do not have such a huge problem if they can at least warn a person about the upsells before you buy the product.
This guy is really abusing the upselling part.
Thanks for the heads up on CB Passive Income. I hate upsells. They’re unethical. Once I see a product has upsells I know they are just after my money. Forget that!
In my experience, there are no truly passive income methods online. A successful email marketing comes close, but even that winds down and has to be restarted.
I also noticed CB Passive Income made claims of fast money too. In other words, they are claiming you can make fast money with very little effort. That ain’t going to happen.
